Excellent opportunity for a French speaker to work as a Customer Services Executive with our Kings Lynn based manufacturing client. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing and monitoring all customer orders and liaising with the company's French sister factory. Training will be given on the customer service aspect of the role but the ability to speak French is absolutely paramount. You will communicate internally and externally discussing the progress of projects as well as attending and contributing to meetings within the organisation including France. You will liaise and work closely with unit colleagues within Manufacturing and Origination and raise and follow through any customer complaints within specified timescales.
This is an exciting and challenging role in a successful and dynamic manufacturing and development environment and an ideal opportunity to be trained in a customer service environment, provided, of course, you can speak French.
