Customer Service Advisor
– Exeter - £19377 OTE
My Client a major High St building society is looking for a dynamic sales person to join their branch. You will have proven sales and customer service experience, a fantastic personality and a CAN DO attitude. Overall you must have the desire to want to work within the building society industry!
General Duties
•Building rapport with customers on a face to face basis and over the telephone.
•Identifying sales opportunities and recommending financial products that suit the customer’s needs.
•General Cashiering duties.
•Working towards monthly sales targets, which are bonus related.
•Delivering a high level of customer service face to face

•MUST HAVE A PROVEN SALES HISTORY WITHIN BANKING, BUILDING SOCIETIES, ESTATE AGENT OR TRAVEL INDUSTRY - BOTH TELEPHONE OR FACE TO FACE
•You have a fantastic personality, able to build rapport instantly.
•Enjoy working to targets.
•Strong team player.
•C and above in maths and English GCSE
•You have a sound credit history
