My client a successful growing insurance company are looking to acquire Business Development Consultants. Supported by a team of Administrators your main focus will be sales, you will possess strong negotiation skills with excellent business acumen.
Responsibilities will include:
Taking calls from prospective clients, quickly establishing rapport and assessing client insurance requirements accurately.
Accurately identifying potential risks.
Using information from our current database to cross-sell and up sell accordingly.
Achieving and exceeding individual sales targets.
Complying to FSA Regulations at all times.
Job skills required:
Candidates for this position will need:
A previous strong sales experience within the banking, financial services or insurance sector.
An ability to relate to customers and understand their needs.
Passion to succeed.
Extremely money driven.
