Senior Customer Complaints Executive: Rickmansworth
Do you have a good understanding of Commercial Value? Are you able to look after and make decisions on budgets? Do have experience of working with high level complaints though to resolution? If you can answer Yes to all these questions then we have a fantastic opportunity which may be exactly what your looking for!
Daily Duties Include:
* Corresponding with customers via telephone, letter and email
* Handling high level complaints from first point of contact through to resolution
* Analysing commercial value in order to decide whether you wish to offer compensation
* Authority to offer up to 100% compensation to customers
* Empathising with customers who have experienced difficulty
* Problem solving and managing customers expectations
Monday to Friday: Normal Office Hours
£25000 per annum + Parking + Other Benefits
