First Recruitment Services is looking for a Customer Service Officer to start immediately.
Administration duties:
Handle a variety of administration functions in support of tenancy management and rent account management.
These functions will include:
• setting up and maintaining direct debits
• household contents insurance
• administering mutual exchanges
• administration of choice based lettings
• amending succession and assignment accounts
• daily management of customer cheques
this is not an exhaustive list
Be able to handle sensitive/confidential information in accordance with our Code of Conduct and the Data Protection Act.
Adopt and carry out any changing priorities as the business needs determine
Customer Satisfaction:
Deal with customer enquiries made in writing, via the telephone or in person.
Ensure all calls and letters are responded to within timescale
Communication:
Give feedback to team leader on work loads, shifting priorities, service improvements etc.
Liaise with other departments and external agencies.
Computer literacy:
Be able to work with various computer software packages including, Microsoft Outlook & Word, in-house database and the contact relationship management (crm) system.
