CUSTOMER SERVICES TEAM MEMBER
Location: Northampton Salary: £7 p.h. Ref: CJ4425
10 weeks assignment within a busy, proper customer service team, whereby you actually help customers rather than just passing them onto endless other people.
Must have a good telephone manner, be able to listen and provide solutions. A background in a customer services environment or similar is highly desirable.Standard office hours. Immediate start.
Hours 9am - 5.30pm, Monday to Friday
Working in a busy but friendly and professional team
Must have good IT skills to access information on the intranet and internet to provide to customers
You will "own" the enquiry to successful completion
Must enjoy helping people and providing a high level of customer service.
