You will be working for an Established Online Company based in East London, Romford, Essex. Commutable from East London, Chingford, North London, Romford Essex, Chadwell Heath, Ilford, Barking, Brentwood, Grays, Hackney, Epping, Enfield, Tottenham, Walthamstow, Basildon, Southend-on-Sea. Job Profile:

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic, fast moving industry in an expanding team. My Client is currently looking for experienced Customer Service/Telebetting Manager to drive growth. To oversee the entire Customer Service/Telebetting Department. Manage people in the most optimal way by extracting the very best out of a small to medium sized Customer Services/Telebetting team Supervises the workflow to ensure the effective management of call and e-mail volumes. Reporting and monitoring of individual and team performance to ensure that the required level of Customer Service is maintained at all times Conduct performance appraisals for the team, identifying weaknesses and offering coaching and mentoring in areas that require it. Undertake the duties of a Customer Service/Telebetting Operator as and when required ensuring that service levels are maintained The Customer Services/Telebetting Manager is responsible for the recruitment, performance and development of the team of Operators. The Customer Services/Telebetting Manager must handle and resolve escalated customer issues The ability to work on a shift basis with unsociable hours ie evenings and weekends

Essential Skills:

Customer Services/Telebetting experience, experience in a online betting environment Previous management experience in the on-line betting exchange Experience of using Microsoft Word, Excel and the Internet with the ability to learn in house applications An interest and good all- round knowledge of Sports
