Head of Customer Services - Outsourcing & Support services

A Head of Customer services is required to join a leading Financial Services Group to lead and manage the Outsourcing and support Services area.

This is an opportunity for the right executive to be a key strategic figure, to be part of a Leading Pan-European organisation whose Out-sourcing (Off shore) has increased by a third as a consequence of the strategic review, this has resulted in the annual spend with the off shore outsource provider increasing to circa £4million.

Being part of the Senior Management Team of Customer Services, you will be expected to lead and manage the Operational Outsourcing relationship with on-shore and off shore service providers as well as the customer Support function which includes the provision of MI, Budgeting, Business Planning and Operational/Strategic Analysis to the Executive Team within CS.

A Key component to the role will be managing significant numbers of staff both on-shore and off-shore (circa. 700 members of staff).

Please note:
Due to the nature of the client, it is imperative that you have extensive experience within the Financial Services - Preferably with a strong understanding of Insurance business, Legislation and Regulations.

In order to apply for the role you must have the following:

Board level management experience.
Extensive experience within the Financial Services
The ability to develop strategic partnerships with outsourcing providers

A track record of driving forward the strategy of Customer Services within a large organisation
