Service Provisioning Representative. Up to £20k base plus bonus, Egham based.

BRIEF SUMMARY OF THE OVERALL REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE:

Responsible for managing the delivery and billing of broadband orders within the standard lead times. The role is centred on the provisioning of connectivity products which involves liaison with internal departments, external suppliers and customers. Take on new products as and when they are added to the portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Lead the delivery of customer orders possibly spanning multiple sites and order types


Process orders using Eco or HEAT system and standard company processes Check the order matches the original quotations Deliver circuits when requested by the project management team Schedule installations in the RAPT ensuring orders are on track for installation Resolve any issues or changes which occur from handover of the order by liaising with sales and the customer Ensure escalation procedures are initiated internally and with 3rd party suppliers when an order is in jeopardy Handover of delivered service to the support team, ensuring they are aware of any provisioning issues which may have occurred Ensure timely billing of all customer orders and validate the chargeable amounts to be billed with order paperwork and systems. Provide analysis reports for supplier review meetings Attend customer meetings as and when required Systems data reconciliation and supplier invoice validation and approval Maintain processes and procedures from an operational perspective Assist with Viatel Internal infrastructure changes and upgrades Process cease requests

SKILLS REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Desirable


Strong skills and experience in service implementation systems (including Word and Excel). In-depth understanding of sales and service implementation processes (from selling through to billing). A strong customer focus with excellent customer communication skills.









EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
Essential Desirable


Solid experience in a Service Delivery Role in the Telecomms industry. Extensive knowledge of provisioning broadband services. Management of third party providers regarding delivery of local access circuits. Experience of Customer Facing role.

Essential Desirable


Solid experience in a Service Delivery Role in the Telecoms industry or educated to degree level.
