My client, a leading Building Society, currently seeks an experienced Financial Services sales professional to join in a sales and supervisory position.
An exciting opportunity has arisen at the Guildford branch and applications are invited from individuals who believe they can contribute positively to the further development and continued success of this branch. This opportunity offers considerable potential and scope for personal development to the right applicant.
Key responsibilities for this sales focused position include
Deputising in the absence of the ABM.
Using the Sales Through Service process to secure quality mortgage business and ancillary insurance sales
Developing and managing campaigns to promote new mortgage sales.
Generating leads for the Financial Advisor.
To be an integral part of the team responsible for day to day running of a branch
The successful candidate is likely to have
A proven sales ability with a strong desire to meet and exceed targets.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
A positive and confident attitude to sales and selling
The ability to work within a team
CEMAP qulification or working towards.
