Scheduling Manager, Plymouth, Global Telecoms, 9 Month contract - possible extension, £30k - £45k + pension + 25 days annual leave + additional fringe benefits

A talented Scheduling Manager is required to design, build and deliver shifts and rotations to balance the demands of:
*Customers - service level delivery and call demand patterns
*Staff - attractive schedules that support work/life balance
*Business - cost effectiveness and efficiency
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in focusing on the shift design and possible constraints and being open enough to produce schedules which offer the perfect compromise between individual circumstances of employees whilst not losing sight of the importance of meeting and exceeding customer demands. The Scheduling Manager will have management duties, therefore proven management skills will be sought after.
