Our client is recognised as one of Europe's leading resellers of printed circuit boards. Excelling in all aspects of PCB supply chain management, they have enjoyed unprecedented levels of growth, supplying a customer base within Europe and the United States. An opportunity has arisen for a Commercial Manager to join their team.
This is the ideal role for an experienced manager with good business acumen, looking to develop their career with a leading company.
As a Commercial Manager you will be responsible for managing the customer service team and key accounts within the business. You will provide direction to your team in both customer and supplier related issues. You will also ensure your clients are satisfied with the service, visiting them when necessary.
Your duties will include:
- Analysing data and making decisions to increase sales
- Managing day to day orders and customer service activities
- Determining optimum ordering patterns
- Compiling and presenting customer facing and sales performance statistics
To be considered for the role of Commercial Manager, you will need:
- Experience of managing a team
- Good commercial and financial business acumen
- Experience of report writing
- A good level of computer literacy with a working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Additionally, you will need excellent communication and leadership skills. You must also be able to work with a high level of accuracy and have the ability to analyse complex data.
Although not essential, the ideal candidate will have previous experience in the printed circuit board (PCB industry).
