Call Logger/Site Administrator/Customer Service Agent
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a call logger/site administrator/customer service agent to join a well established blue chip organisation based in Clydebank, Scotland.
As a call logger/site administrator/customer service agent you will have an excellent telephone manner, organisational and communications skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* To log/update calls for maintenance contracts.
* Use D1 for dispatch of and updates from field-based engineers.
* Order spares and action various other part transactions as and when required.
* Monitor SLAs for calls within queue and action or escalate as appropriate.
Previous office experience is essential along with knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Outlook Express.
You will be working as part of a small call desk team dealing with field engineers.
