Leading electronics organisation require an experienced Customer Programme Manager to join their team in Hampshire.
This role is to be responsible for the co-ordination of the cross function program team required to meet the customer's documented requirements. This persons objective will be to provide solutions that are consistent with organisational objectives to a variety of complex problems. This will be achieved by leading cross-functional teams to deliver and exceed customer requirements according to company policies and guidelines.
Candidates will be required to have advanced level customer relation skills to manage expectations, perceptions and outcomes and an ability to respond to inquiries from customers in clear, accurate and professional manner. Must have the ability to lead teams and have advanced level skill using Microsoft Project with intermediate level skill using Microsoft Suite of products. Should also have comprehensive understanding of operations principles NPI and best in class tools - 5s, Lean, DFXX, etc.
All applicants must have strong experience in Program Management, ideally in a Global Blue Chip Electronic Corporation or equivalent combination of technical education and experience. Should have a Bachelors degree or equivalent in engineering or Business Administration. APM or Project Management Institution qualification would be a plus. Candidates must be able to demonstrate a successful record managing large-scale, project execution and meeting delivery schedules.
This role will involve regular domestic and international travel.
The position is paying £42-50k per annum + Family BUPA, Life Assurance, Pension and 25 days holiday.
