Root Cause Analyst Halifax
Key Accountabilities:
Working with broad range of stakeholders representing Personal Current Accounts
Analyse PCA complaints, assessing the impact or potential impact of issues identified
Understand individual customer issues, assess the impact of these across the PCA customer base and make improvements using analytics techniques to interpret complex data, reading complaints, liaising directly with consumers identifying business related root causes and resolving them.
Produce quality Root cause analysis MI and develop insightful conclusions
Create understanding of the end to end customer journey and actual or potential impacts of any issue on our customers.
Demonstrable knowledge of the PCA Customer Experience systems and processes
Document and implement process/skills improvement initiatives
Document and retain problems, causes, solutions and benefits in central repository
Ability to clearly communicate ideas and proposals to key stakeholders ensuring that complaint root causes are addressed
