Our client, a large Legal Services provider, is currently looking for a number of Customer Service professionals for their Telephony teams.

Their contract working with Barclays Bank is based at the Warwick Technology Park in modern offices. They are expanding further in response to unprecedented success and that's where you come in.
This role requires someone extremely comfortable talking to customers, understanding their needs and dealing with them in an extremely professional way. It is highly desirable for the successful candidate to come from a process driven environment (such as finance, legal services, Utilities etc) where you are used to working to strict SLAs in a fast paced environment. Excellent telephone manner is essential for this position and it would therefore suit someone with extensive experience in a telephony based position.
