HOUSING CUSTOMER SERVICE TEAM LEADER - PETERBOROUGH
Salary: £21,000-£24,000 per annum
FTC Duration: 4 Months
Location: Peterborough (PE1 2SN)
Hours: 37 Hours per week

Position
Customer Services Team leader required for busy team providing support to all areas of the business. Must be able to supervise and monitor staff team to provide responsive, excellent customer focussed service.
Example of Responsibilities
* Supervise, monitor and motivate the customer services team to provide a responsive, excellent, customer focused and efficient front line/telephone service.
* Proactively work with the Customer Services Manager to ensure effective use of the CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system and performance monitoring information.
* Work with the Customer Services Manager to ensure that performance targets are met and that a comprehensive service is delivered to an excellent and continuously improving standard, meeting the needs of all Minsters' customers and other stakeholders.
* Ensure the team is meeting/exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
* Maximise customer satisfaction/experience and minimise complaints.
* Maximise income and minimise rent loss.
Essential Skills
* Customer service experience within a Housing organisation
* Must have ability and experience to manage a team
