We are looking to appoint an experienced ASB Officer to provide a pro-active and effective service to Sovereign residents based in the Christchurch and surrounding area. Reporting to the Tenancy Services Manager, the role will involve working with tenants and key agencies to ensure the terms of The Association's tenancy agreements, policies & procedures are adhered to.
Applicants will have previous relevant Anti Social behaviour experience, able to support tenants in a compassionate yet efficient way, will have knowledge of multi agency working and also attending court. You will take responsibility for managing a busy workload, providing support and guidance to other colleagues and ensuring the overall aims and objectives of Sovereign are achieved.
