Customer Service Analyst - Newbury - 1 years experience - Customer Service, Data Input, Support Calls, Service Desk Logging system - £15,000 to £16,000.

My client is looking for a Customer Service Analyst to join their Support team in Newbury. Your role will be to receive an log incoming calls onto a data base. This is a non selling role and Customer Service is paramount.
Key Duties
- To monitor all incidents raised with third parties/subcontractors to ensure delivery to defined service levels.
- Take ownership and be accountable for all incidents raised on behalf of customers with third parties/until resolution.
- To issue replacement parts as and when needed by the customer.
- Take overflow calls from other managed Service Centre teams.
- Follow up courteous calls/support calls to external and internal customers.
Job Requirements
- Very good communication and understanding user requirements.
- Ability to work in a reactive environment providing feedback to users and customers in a timely manner.
- Minimum 12 months experience working in a similar environment.
- Customer focusing and good interpersonal skills, articulate in meetings.
- Good understanding of Service Desk Logging.
