Customer Service Adviser - Salary £13,171 - £14,635 plus benefits
An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a reputable financial services organisation within their telephony contact centre in Motherwell.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Adviser, you will act as the first point of contact to customers with banking enquiries. You will be responsible for answering account enquiries, processing requests in a timely manner and promoting the company's products and services whilst focusing on providing a first class customer experience.
Ideal Candidate:
Successful candidates will possess an exceptional telephone manner with a proven track record in customer service and working towards sales targets. Candidates should be motivated and have a desire to succeed in a customer focused environment. Telephony experience would be useful but is not essential.
The salary is between £13,172 and £14,635.00 depending upon experience. Excellent benefits and incentives are also available.
The role begins with 6 weeks training, and involves working back shift 2pm-10pm.
Shift pattern involves a 2 week rotation;
Monday- Thursday Week1 including Saturday
Monday- Friday Week 2
Your hourly rate will be increased to time and a half for every hour you work beyond 8pm.
