Jobg8 is a global company based in Tiptree, Essex. We are part of the Aspire media group and are based at the Aspire Head Office which has a team of approx 100 staff. This is an exciting role for the right individual who wants to join a very successful group of companies.
We are looking for a Customer Service / Sales Support Assistant to join our growing Sales Team. The role would include supporting clients and sales staff in our European and Australian region. You will be assisting with the set up of new clients and responding to existing client's questions and queries. The role includes working closely with our Product Project Manager and our Technical Team, so it is important that you are a team player who enjoys working with technology.
You will need to be highly organised, adaptable, PC & Web literate and have strong communication skills. You must have great verbal and written English skills, other language skills would be an advantage as we already deal with many European clients. (German, French, Dutch and Spanish).
Previous customer service experience is essential as this is a challenging, full-on role . You must also be a quick learner and have a passion for great customer service.
Up to £16k + Pension
