Call Centre Junior Executive Jobs
The primary responsibility of a call centre executive is to answer the phone, to respond to orders, customer enquiries, customer complaints and other customer-facing contact. If working in an outbound call centre, it is expected that the call centre executive will have the ability to make sales to prospects or to book appointments and generate sales leads. At all times the call centre executive will be expected to have a pleasant telephone manner and be capable of projecting a professional company image through their phone dealings.
A basic requirement for call centre executives whether working in an outbound or inbound call centre is that they must be able to demonstrate an interest in helping customers; a tactful manner; a good recall and understanding of the products and services of the business; and be able to work to sometimes detailed policies and procedures.
