Customer Service Assistant Jobs

As an assistant you will report to the customer service manager who will set the expected standards for interactions with the public / customer base and specific targets that will have to be met. A passion for providing customer satisfaction is also a must, as you will regularly be in conversation with the firm's customer base or indeed the general public.
