Customer Care Advisor Jobs

As a customer care advisor you will hold the primary the responsibility of identifying customer's needs and desires. You will be required to respond to and organise for the delivery of customers' requests in a prompt fashion and be able to handle any complaints that should arise in a diligent and yet empathetic manner. As the first point of contact for most customer interactions, this is a pivotal role.

As a customer care advisor you will ideally be a friendly and enthusiastic individual who is both approachable and committed to meeting the needs of customers. You will have excellent people skills and enjoy working with the public. Being able to work well within a team is an essential part of the programme and you will ideally have a bright and bubbly personality that can add an extra dimension to the customer service team.

As a customer care advisor you will be responsible obtaining feedback from both staff and from customers themselves as to their requirements. It will be your responsibility to respond to this information and to relay it to other members of staff, in the context of agreed customer service standards for the team.
