Customer Service Coordinator Jobs
As a customer service co-ordinator you will be a bright and enthusiastic individual with a wealth of experience of working within customer services. You will be placed in charge of the customer service team and will be responsible for allocating workloads, the maintenance of staff morale and efficiency to ensure the smooth running of the department and maximum output.
As a customer service co-ordinator you will be responsible for the daily running and management of the customer service team and will have responsibility for meeting set requirements and targets. In addition to this, you will be able to recognise and address any customer service problems that may arise by performing regular assessments of all company policies, procedures and service standards.
You will be required to aid in the design and delivery of staff training programmes and in ensuring that quality assurance programmes are implemented. Should escalated customer concerns and complaints arise that cannot be dealt with at a supervisory level, you will be expected to take the responsibility to effectively handle the matter yourself.
Customer service co-ordinators will have a strong desire to help motivate and challenge staff to achieve customer service targets.
Another key requirement of the customer service co-ordinator is to ensure the appropriate recruitment of staff, their specific allocation and daily management.
